Michelle Boehm is new to the Wichita SWE section. She graduated in 2011 from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO with a degree in
Civil Engineering. Michelle currently works for Professional Engineer Consultants as a bridge design engineer in their transportation division. Michelle has been a collegiate member for the past four years and served on many outreach committees as well as helped plan the 2010 Region i conference.
Michelle’s hobbies are playing volleyball, reading, painting, crafting, baking (especially cake balls), and most recently cake decorating. Michelle joined SWE as a professional because she received a professional upgrade. When Michelle moved to Wichita she contacted SWE and got involved to meet new people and to have something to do with her free time! She is excited to help with outreach activities. Barb and Michelle are already meeting regularly to plan current outreach events and brainstorm new ideas…Welcome Michelle!!!
