Join SWE on Saturday, June 16th for two more great modules presented by Region i’s Leadership Coach! The Strategic Planning module will be presented at 9am and the Membership module will be presented at 11am. Both modules will be presented at the Girl Scouts Center at 360 Lexington in Wichita. You are welcome to join us for either or both modules. Please let Allison (wichitaswe@gmail.com) know if you are planning to come by Friday, June 15.
The strategic planning module is designed to provide instruction on how to create a strategic plan. We will learn how SWE as a society uses the knowledge based governance model for their strategic plan and how to use the four planning horizons. Then we will have time to get started on our strategic plan.
The membership module will help with membership recruitment and retention: finding the engineers in our area, recruiting and involving members, providing value for membership, understanding needs and wants of members.
