On Saturday, June 16th Wichita SWE members and WSU collegiate members gathered at the Girl Scouts Center in Wichita to learn about strategic planning and how to increase membership in their sections. The modules were presented by Suzanne Dodson, Region i’s Leadership Coach. Time was provided to start to develop a strategic plan for our section. We also learned about how to work membership recruitment into our strategic and tactical plans. The strategic plan that was started on June 16 will be continued at our annual planning meeting in July.
