We have a wonderful problem that so many people have been coming we have outgrown our meeting location at Panera. Please send ideas of quiet places that offer food to wichitaswe@gmail.com. Sunday, August 12th, 2012We’re looking for a new place to host our general meetings which are the 2nd Wednesday of every month. This is where we discuss business so preferences are a place with a separate room or quiet space and a wi-fi connection. Since we all have busy schedules a place where we can eat dinner is preferred. Additionally, any member is welcome to attend these meetings.
General Meeting
Sunday, July 15th, 2012General meetings have been moved to the second Wednesday of each month at 6pm. Locations will vary as we search for a nice place to hold our meetings – preferably one that offers food, drinks, wifi and a large quiet table.
The August 8 meeting will be at Margaritas (3109 E Douglas) from 6-7 pm.
For the remainder of the 2012-2013 all meetings will be held at Oeno wine bar in old town from 6-7 pm.
The overall intent of these meetings is to discuss broad issues of interest to the membership. Detailed planning will be left to the assigned committees, meeting leaders, or Executive Committee (EC). Anyone is welcome to attend and provide input.

Formerly known as EC (executive committee) meetings, the overall intent of these meetings is to discuss broad issues of interest to the membership. Detailed planning will be left to the assigned committees, meeting leaders, or EC. Anyone is welcome to attend and provide input!
