Tree DecoratingSunday, October 14th, 2012We will be decorating our tree for the Goodwill Festival of Trees on November 26 in the Exhibition Hall Balcony at Century II. Time is TBD. Even if you haven’t helped build ornaments, you can still come and decorate. The Festival of Trees events will be November 29-December 2. Festival of Trees work dayFriday, October 12th, 2012We are busy working on our Lego® tree for this year’s event. A big thanks to everyone who has made ornaments. We will be having two work evenings coming up: Thursday October 18 and Monday November 19 both at 7pm to make and package ornaments. Email Barb to RSVP and get directions to her house. Brainstorming required! We also need a name for the tree. Please email any ideas to Barb as well. Some of our past names were Celebrations…Uncorked and Spicing up the Holidays. October NetworkingThursday, September 13th, 2012October’s Networking Meeting will be at Caffé Moderne in the Quest Room on Monday, October 1 at 6pm. We will have plenty of Legos to build some ornaments for our Festival of Trees design. Anyone is welcome to come and order dinner off the menu, grab some gelato, or just stop by to play with some Legos! Please RSVP by noon on Friday, September 28 to michelle.boehm@swe.org.
